City of Melbourne's Connected Communities Grants support community connection, social inclusion, and access and participation through an annual grants program. Grants are provided to schools, not-for-profit sports and community organisations to improve people's quality of life.

Applications for projects taking place in 2020 open at 9am on Monday 3 June and close at 5pm on Monday 1 July 2019.
